Bio

Lauren Cross was born and educated in the UK, which explains her charming accent, dry humour, and pretentious spelling… but she was raised in the USA, Spain and bunch of other places which probably explains her propensity for bursting into different accents and voices!

Most recently, Lauren was cast as the audio guide narrator for The London Eye’s river cruise.  She recorded 16 pages of text in just 2 hours — something of a personal record!

Some of her more unusual projects include sinking her teeth into the lead role of a transsexual serial killer in the horror short NIGHT BRINGS THE FURY; and being Christina Ricci’s CGI body double in AFTER.LIFE.

When she’s not in front of a camera or behind a mic, you can find Lauren designing her line of sculptural jewellery. She also dabbles in web design, social media strategy, and freelance writing. To learn more, check out her blog, Fizgiggery.

After more than 5 years in New York City, Lauren now divides her time between Los Angeles and San Diego. She lives with her husband and dog who both make her howl with laughter every day.
